In-store: Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service helps customers save time by shopping online. In the Target checkout select ‘Click & Collect’ and choose the store you would like to collect from. You will then be able to pick up your order from your closest Target store at a time that suits you.

In-store: Low-Sensory shopping period

We have introduced a designated low-sensory shopping period to assist shoppers with sensory needs. This will be a low-sensory shopping experience with reduced noise, lighting changes and adjustments to other sensory features. A select number of Target stores will be providing this experience, with then intention of empowering those who may be prone to overstimulation.

During Target’s Low-sensory shopping periods:

• Store lighting will be dimmed
• Target radio will be turned down
• Register and scanner volumes will be reduced to the lowest level
• Trolley collections will be limited
• There will be minimal cages on the shop floor
• No PA announcements will be made, unless there is an emergency
