Temporary update to Click & Collect
At Target, our priority is always serving our customers and the communities we operate in. With both team member and customer wellbeing in mind, the Click and Collect collection service has been updated to incorporate a range of options for the receiving and handing over of parcels.
New: Contactless Click & Collect
The following alternative Click and Collect collection options are now available on request:
- Front of store collection
- Loading bay/parcel pick up bay collection at the store
If you would prefer one of these options, please contact your local store once you have received your order confirmation email.
Same day Click & Collect
We’re excited to provide a free same day Click & Collect service for products that are in stock in your chosen store! Simply purchase your product online and we will advise if your product is available for collection at your selected store within 5 business hours, subject to product availability in your store of choice.
‘Ready today’ Means your items are typically ready to collect at your selected store by end of day ordered.
‘Ready tomorrow’ Means your items are typically ready to collect at your selected store by end of next business day.
Please Note: Rural and remote areas may take longer. Collection timeframes are subject to changes in circumstances. Excludes large items and physical gift cards. Some products do not qualify for Click & Collect.
Don’t worry if your product is not in stock in your chosen store, you can still Click & Collect with our free Ship to Store option, however it will take some time to arrive.
Ship to Store
We understand that life is busy, so Ship to Store is just another convenient way to pick up your online order where and when it suits you. If a product is not in stock in your preferred store, we’ll ship it to your store for free and let you know when it’s ready to collect.
Not available for ‘Click & Collect only’ products.
Collecting your order
Click & Collect parcels and Ship to Store parcels need to be signed for at the store or location nominated upon checkout for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo identification. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been signed for, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items.
