Free 2 hour Click & Collect

Target offers a free* 2 hour Click & Collect service for products that are in stock in your chosen store. Simply choose your product online, and you’ll see the option if your product is available for collection at your selected store within 2 business hours.

Available depending on time of order, and the business hours of chosen collection store. If your store closes within 2 hours of purchase, order available for next day pick up.

If an item from your Click & Collect order becomes unavailable from your selected store but is in stock at another eligible location, we’ll ship it to your home with Free Home delivery, subject to stock availability.

If not available and home-delivery is selected, 3-7 day delivery window applies.

Please keep in mind large items are excluded and some product exclusions may apply. Not available on all products. Collection of eligible Click & Collect orders is available from all Target stores.

‘Ready today’ Means your items are typically ready to collect at your selected store by the end of the day you placed your order or within 2 business hours rounded up to the nearest 5 minutes.

‘Ready tomorrow’ Means your items have been ordered outside of business hours and are typically ready to collect at your selected store within 2 business hours the next day.

Please Note: Rural and remote areas may take longer. Collection timeframes are subject to changes in circumstances. Excludes large items and physical gift cards. Some products do not qualify for Click & Collect.

Collecting your order

Click & Collect parcels and Ship to Store parcels will be available for pick up at the nominated store either at the Customer Service Desk or a Target Parcel Locker. When you collect from the Customer Service Desk, you can use the email copy on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo identification and sign for the collection. When you collect from the Target Parcel Locker, follow the instructions in your email or SMS text. We ensure the security of your parcel collection through the Target Parcel Locker, through the use of a One-Time Pin or unique QR Code and video monitoring of the collection.

If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been signed for, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items

We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 19 Calendar days once you receive your “Ready for Collection” notification. If your order is not collected within 19 calendar days, we will cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method originally used.

Privacy Collection Notice

Target collects the personal information you give us to provide you products and services. When you make a Click & Collect order, we need your personal information to complete the transaction and provide your products to you, including by verifying your identity or the identity of any individual you authorise to collect your order. We will usually collect full name, phone number, email, and address. When attending our store to collect the order, we may also collect photo identification to verify identity and may use images from our store cameras which operate 24/7 for store security and loss prevention.

If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to accept your order or provide your products to you through ‘Click & Collect’ facility at our stores.

Target may share your personal information with third parties we have engaged to help us provide products and services to you. We expect that we will share your order number, full name, email and phone number with our partner providing Target’s Parcel Lockers for you to receive notifications and security information to collect your order. Personal information shared with our partner may be handled or stored in India where our partner operates.
