Becoming a OnePass member occurs in a three step process – entering account details – verifying your email – starting a OnePass plan. By selecting “Maybe later” or “Continue without member benefits”, you’ve created a OnePass account. At Target this gives you an all-in-one account and activity history, but you don’t get member subscription benefits.

Yes, you can still join OnePass without a smartphone. Simply visit target.com.au/onepass to sign up to OnePass. Once you have completed the sign up, visit your "My Account" screen in your Target online account, to access your OnePass member barcode and any available rewards.
OnePass offers two different free trials;
- a 30 day free trial for the $4 monthly and $40 annual OnePass plans which include free delivery on eligible items or orders from Target, Kmart, Catch.com.au, Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks; and
Free trials are offered to eligible members* before the first payment applies. Members who are eligible for a free trial can enjoy all the chosen plan’s benefits right away.
*You are eligible for a free trial if you are not an existing member or have previously held a OnePass membership.

OnePass participating brands right now are Target, Kmart, Catch.com.au, Bunnings Warehouse, Officeworks and Flybuys for 5x Flybuys points when shopping in store at our participating brands.
If you're shopping online: Simply log into target.com.au or the Target App with your activated Target OnePass account to access your benefits. More information about your benefits can be found on target.com.au/onepass.
If you're shopping instore: Simply access your OnePass member barcode from your "My Account" screen in your Target online or app. Scan your OnePass member barcode at the register any time after you have scanned your first item, and before payment.
Once you’ve got an active paid or free trial OnePass subscription membership you are ready to enjoy the benefits at participating brands and partners.
- To enjoy OnePass benefits at Target, you will need to activate your OnePass. You can choose to activate by linking to an existing online account or start fresh using OnePass. Use an existing online account to keep past purchase history; saved delivery and payment details and linked Flybuys account. You can link your OnePass with an existing account in two ways - either through the OnePass website or Target's website.
- Log in to your OnePass account and click ’Activate’ to activate Target. You’ll be taken to Target’s website and prompted to choose between linking an existing online account or start fresh using OnePass.
- While shopping with Target, look out for the OnePass prompts to link your account as an existing subscriber. After you complete the process, you will have access to all of your active benefits with Target.
You can cancel your membership at any time.
- Log in to your OnePass account.
- Go to ‘My membership’
- Click ‘Cancel membership’
Your cancellation will come into effect at the end of your current billing period. So, with a yearly membership, this cancellation will come in effect for the next year’s billing cycle. If you have a monthly membership, the cancellation will come into effect for the following month.
If there’s time remaining in your billing period, you can continue to enjoy your OnePass benefits until the end of the billing cycle. Please note there are no refunds provided on the remaining portion of your membership when you cancel.
After cancellation of your paid membership, you will continue to be a OnePass account holder. OnePass account holders without a membership don’t have access to all the OnePass benefits but do enjoy an all-in-one account which provides single sign-on across all the brands. You will also still receive OnePass communications, unless you have unsubscribed from our marketing communications.
You can start your membership again at any time.

It’s easy! Just follow these steps:
- Log into your OnePass account at onepass.com.au
- Click on the ‘Link your Flybuys’ prompt on the homepage, you will be taken to the Flybuys page
- Enter your Flybuys log in details
- Click ‘Continue’ to confirm the linkage
You’ll see all your Flybuys points in your Flybuys account within 24 to 72 hours of your purchase (standard points and bonus points may not arrive together). For more information please see onepass.com.au/privacy-hub/terms-and-conditions.

Suppose you made the purchase today, and you are a OnePass member, you still have up to 11:59pm to link your Flybuys account to OnePass and you will still be awarded the 5x points instead of the standard 1x point. If you have not linked your Flybuys to OnePass on the date of purchase, you will be awarded the standard 1x point per $1 spent.

Points Benefits – 2 Sister Club Points per $1 Spent
This benefit is relevant to 'Sister Club' tier members who have a paid and linked OnePass account.
When making a purchase in store provide your Sister Club card to the team member at the register to receive eligible OnePass benefits.
'Sister Club' tier members will collect 2 points per $1 spent in store on eligible purchases at Priceline.
Diamond and Pink Diamond members already receive this benefit or higher and as such will continue to receive the benefit relevant to their tier level.
'Diamond' tier members will continue to receive 2 points per $1 spent in store on eligible purchases at Priceline. 'Pink Diamond' tier members will continue to receive 3 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases at Priceline.
If your points have not appeared after three days check the following:
- Check your tax invoice to see if your Sister Club card was scanned in store at the time of purchase. Your regular Sister Club points will appear on your tax invoice if your card was scanned.
- Check that you have linked your preferred Sister Club account to your OnePass account. Your accounts must be linked to receive OnePass benefits.
- Check your Sister Club tier status. If you are a Diamond or Pink Diamond tier member you will receive 2 or 3 Sister Club points respectively as part of your existing tier reward. These points will appear on your tax invoice as tier points rather than as OnePass bonus points which are for "Sister Club tier" members.
- Early access to great sales, products or services before the public
