- Once you've placed all of the items that you want to buy in your basket, head to the 'Checkout'

Once an online order has been placed, we’re unable to add to or change items in the order. If you’d like additional items, you’ll need to place a new order. If you want to change an item (including the size), you’ll need to return it to Store. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team at customersupport@target.com.au for an eParcel Slip so you can send it back to us, at no charge to you, and then place an order for the preferred item. Alternatively, a Target team member from your local store will assist you with an exchange or refund depending on stock.
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason due to unavailability of product; an error in the price, image or the product description or error in your order. Yes, your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure connection using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it almost impossible for this information to be intercepted. You can identify this by looking at the URL - 'https' the 's' indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Your browser may also give you a pop up message that you are about to enter or leave a secure area. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. Yes we accept Target e-gift cards, Target gift cards and Coles Group & Myer gift cards online. You can pay any balance with a credit card however a gift card must always be used as the first method of payment. You can pay with up to four cards in a single transaction. You cannot purchase e-gift cards or physical gift cards with a gift card as your payment method.

Flybuys
To redeem flybuys points in store and online at Target flybuys members must request to redeem points at the checkout. In store, the flybuys cardholder must present their flybuys card at the Target checkout and provide a valid Australian residential postcode of the primary cardholder registered with flybuys when requested. Points balance must be greater than, or equal to 2,000 points to be able to redeem. The eligible flybuys cardholder may redeem a minimum of 2,000 points, in 2,000 point increments, up to a maximum of 4,000 points ($20) off the transaction per day. A minimum spend of $10 or more after savings and discounts is required to redeem 2,000 points ($10). A minimum spend of $20 or more after savings and discounts is required to redeem 4,000 points ($20). Redemption of flybuys points cannot be used on iTunes, gift cards, layby payments and purchases and Coles MasterCard payments. A maximum of 4,000 flybuys points can only be redeemed once per day. Promotional vouchers cannot be used in the same transaction. In accordance with Target’s refund policy, a customer will be refunded back the total value of the original transaction and any flybuys points earned will be reversed. flybuys points will be collected on transaction amount after flybuys points have been redeemed.
For redemption of flybuys points for online purchases at Target, a customer must be logged into their Target account (or create one) in order to redeem points. The customer must provide a valid date of birth and Australian residential postcode of the primary cardholder in their flybuys membership. To redeem 2,000 points ($10), the customer's cart must be $10 or more, excluding postage and delivery. To redeem 4,000 points ($20), the customer’s cart must be $20 or more, excluding postage and delivery. Any purchase made with Paypal will require the customer’s cart to be over $10 or $20 to redeem 2,000 points and 4,000 points respectively. The total order value must be greater than $0. The redeemed flybuys points cannot be used to cover postage and delivery charges. Customers may only select one flybuys redemption option per transaction. No other promotional vouchers or codes can be used in conjunction with the redemption of flybuys points. flybuys points cannot be redeemed when placing an order over the phone through online customer support centre.

In the case where an online purchase is made using a gift card and the order is subsequently cancelled or requires a refund - Target reserves the right to request proof of identity before reissuing a gift card. Where a customer has used a gift card/ pre-paid credit card in a purchase, please ensure that you retain the card/s until your order is physically received.

When you purchase a gift card or e-gift card, you will not collect flybuys points. However, flybuys points (and any applicable bonus points) can be collected on redemption of your gift card at participating retailers.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on gift cards or e-gift cards purchased online or in store. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full terms and conditions.
Yes, there is a limit of 3 physical gift cards per order. There is also a limit of $500 worth or 5 e-gift cards (whichever comes first) per type of e-gift card you wish to purchase. If these limits are exceeded, your order may be cancelled and refunded
