DELIVERIES

All items for sale on our website can either be home delivered, or are available for Click + Collect and will be delivered to your nominated store.

 

We'll send you an order confirmation as soon as we've received your order. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of placing the order, please use the contact form or call 1300 753 567 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 7.00pm AEDT and Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm AEDT.

 

All orders will be sent from our Melbourne warehouse.

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Yes, we'll send you an email once your parcel has been dispatched.

 

If you haven't received your parcel within ten working days of ordering, please use the contact form or call 1300 753 567 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 7.00pm AEDT and Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm AEDT.

 

If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, you can use the 'Consignment ID number' to track your order via either the Australia Post website or the TOLL IPEC website, depending on which company your order is delivered by.

COSTS, OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMING

Depending on your shipping address, we will use either Australia Post or TOLL/IPEC to deliver your order as quick as possible. Your order confirmation will indicate via which company your order will be delivered by and give you a 'Consignment ID number'.

Yes, you can place an order online and collect it from your local store via our Click + Collect service. This service is free when you spend over $19. Orders under $19 will incur a $5 (including GST) admin fee. Please note that due to size and weight restrictions, some products cannot be delivered to stores.

 

Target now offers free standard home delivery for purchases over $59. Orders under $59 will incur a $9 delivery fee. Excludes large items, which will incur a delivery fee based on the delivery destination. Delivery fees for a single large item range from $39 and for 3 or more large items range from $78. Delivery Fees for large items are calculated on the delivery destination. Please note items can only be delivered to street addresses in mainland Australia.

The weight and dimensions of a product determine if it is classified as a standard or large item. Where a product weight exceeds 22kg’s and any length, width or height dimension exceeds 105cm the item will be classified ‘Large’.

Yes, all home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions that will indicate if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or if you need to collect from the delivery agent. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

All items will be packed in a carton or satchel. Home Delivery packages will include your ordered item/s, tax invoice and a returns slip. Click + Collect packages will include your ordered item/s and your tax invoice.

Provided that your order is a standard parcel, we can deliver it to a PO Box. Items that are classified as ‘Large’ can only be delivered to a street address.

CLICK + COLLECT

Click and collect allows you to order online or via our app and then collect your order in a Target store.

 

Click & Collect delivery is a free service for orders over $29, orders under $29 incur a $5 handling fee. Larger items may incur a fee or not be eligible for this store location.

 

Simply the select ‘Click and collect’ option when you’re shopping online or via the app, and then choose the store you’d like to pick it up from. We’ll then let you know by email or text when it arrives and you can collect it. Allow 1-10 business days before pickup.
Please keep in mind large items are excluded and some product exclusions may apply. It’s also not available if you shop in the Target store in eBay. Not available on all products or to all stores.

 

Collection of Click & Collect Orders is available from all Target Stores.

 

You will receive a notification email or text from the store when your goods are ready for collection. Remember to check the store’s opening times, as each stores differ. Click here to view store opening times.
Please keep in mind during major sales events (such as Christmas or Boxing Day Sale) Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable or experience delays.

 

Once you have a submitted your order, you must collect your order from the store selected.

  • If you have chosen our Click + Collect service, you can collect your order from the lay-by department or customer service counter at your selected store. This service is free when you spend over $29. Orders under $29 will incur a $5 (including GST) handling fee. Not available on all products or to all stores.
  • You must produce a copy of your order confirmation email in store to collect your order.
  • Collection is required within 7 days of receiving notification that your order has arrived in store.

 

 

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email or text (on your smart phone is fine) and photo identification including your name and address.

 

You may nominate a representative to collect the goods on your behalf, however you’ll need to provide evidence that you’ve given them permission. Our staff may also call you to authorise this.

 

If an item is not available in your preferred store, jump online and try click and collect. If it’s available, you can place an order and select the click and collect option.

 

 

IF THERE'S A PROBLEM

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please immediately call 1300 753 567 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 7.00pm AEDT and Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm AEDT.
