DELIVERIES
All items for sale on our website can either be home delivered, or are available for Click and Collect and will be delivered to your nominated store.
We'll send you an order confirmation as soon as we've received your order. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours of placing the order, please reach out via live chat or email us at customersupport@target.com.au. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Yes, Fastest Delivery is available to some postcodes for a fee of $9.95. If this is available to you, you’ll see this option on the product page when you choose your item.

Yes, you can place an order online and collect it from your local store via our Click and Collect service. Please note that due to size and weight restrictions, some products cannot be delivered to stores.
Target now offers free standard home delivery for purchases over $60. Orders under $60 will incur a $9 delivery fee. Excludes physical gift cards and large items. Large items will incur a delivery fee based on the weight, dimensions and delivery destination. Delivery fees for a single large item commence from $12 in Metro areas. Delivery Fees for large items are calculated on the weight, dimensions and delivery destination. Please note items can only be delivered to street addresses in mainland Australia. Physical gift cards will incur a $5 delivery fee. Target reserves the right to modify or end the qualifying threshold and conditions without notice.

Yes, all home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions that will indicate if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or if you need to collect from the delivery agent. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.

CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and Collect allows you to order online or via our app and then collect your order in a Target store.
Click and Collect delivery is a FREE service for qualifying orders. Please note that due to size and weight restrictions, some products cannot be delivered to stores.
Target offers a free* 2 hour Click & Collect service for products that are in stock in your chosen store. Simply choose your product online, and you’ll see the option if your product is available for collection at your selected store within 2 business hours.
Available depending on time of order, and the business hours of chosen collection store. If your store closes within 2 hours of purchase, order available for next day pick up.
Don’t worry if your product is not in stock in your chosen store, you can still Click & Collect with our free Home Delivery option, however it will take some time to arrive.
Applicable only if items are available from the chosen collection store. If not available and home-delivery is selected, 3-7 day delivery window applies.
Please keep in mind large items are excluded and some product exclusions may apply. Not available on all products. Collection of eligible Click & Collect orders is available from all Target stores.

Collection of Click and Collect Orders is available from all Target Stores.
You will receive a notification email or text from the store when your goods are ready for collection. Remember to check the store’s opening times, as each stores differ.
Please keep in mind during major sales events (such as Christmas or Boxing Day Sale) Click and Collect may be temporarily unavailable or experience delays.
Once you have a submitted your order, you must collect your order from the store selected.
- If you have chosen our Click and Collect service, you can collect your order from the customer service counter at your selected store.
- Click and Collect delivery is a FREE service for qualifying orders. Please note that due to size and weight, some products cannot be delivered to stores.
- You must produce a copy of your order confirmation email in store to collect your order.
- Collection is required within 19 days of receiving notification that your order has arrived in store.
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email or text (on your smart phone is fine) and photo identification including your name and address.
You may nominate a representative to collect the goods on your behalf, however you’ll need to provide evidence that you’ve given them permission. Our staff may also call you to authorise this.
FASTEST DELIVERY
If Fastest Delivery is available, you’ll see this option on the product page when you choose your item. If not, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, subject to availability.
