FromFrom 1st of August 2024, Target will require adequate proof of purchase for eligible change of mind returns. If you wish to conduct a change of mind return after this date, please ensure you retain proof of purchase in the form of either a physical or digital receipt, bank statement or online order invoice. Returns
You can only return regular sized items via our online returns. Items accepted via online returns must be smaller than 22 x 25. If you need to return a large item/s, please reach out via live chat or email us at customersupport@target.com.au with your order number and item details you wish to return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full terms and conditions.
Home Delivery items can be returned to any Target store for a refund in line with our Refund Policy. You will also receive a Returns Form and instructions for returning items back to our warehouse if you cannot return them to store.
Click + Collect items can be returned to any Target store for a refund in line with our Refund Policy .

Refunds
If the refund is processed by the online customer service team, it will be returned to the same account that was listed on your order. If you're returning items to your local Target store and you don't have a credit card, you'll be given an exchange coupon.

When you cancel an order, your funds that have been held by the bank will be released. This process can take up to seven days, so if you need it done quicker, please give your local bank a call to discuss.

For Home Delivery items, you'll be able exchange an item as long as the item you need is still available.
For Click + Collect items, you'll be able exchange an item as long as the item you need is still available. Simply bring the product and your tax invoice into any Target store.
