We use a third-party service to help search for or suggest other products that you may like so that your shopping experience is relevant and enjoyable. In order to ensure that your shopping experience, and the shopping experience of other users remains enjoyable and without incident, it is important that in using our visual search services, you observe the following conduct:

(a) You should not upload any images that are illegal, unlawful, offensive, indecent, objectionable, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, harms any minors, unethical, abusive or otherwise harmful or contrary to public interest or public order;

(b) You should not upload or otherwise transmit any images that you do not have the right to use or disclose under any law or contract;

(c) You should not upload or otherwise transmit any images that contains content that is unlawful or infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any person; and

(d) You should not upload any images that contain software viruses, or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
