Pre-order lets you secure select items before they arrive in-store and online. Simply place and pay for your order now, and we’ll reserve your item for you. Once it’s ready to ship we’ll notify you and send it straight to your door. It’s the easiest way to ensure you don’t miss out on our latest and greatest!

With pre-order, you can secure a select range of products and have it delivered once they have been released. Be among the first to enjoy the latest releases, all while enjoying a stress-free shopping experience.

You should expect to receive your order 3-5 business days from the item’s release date. Stay up to date on the progress of your order on the Track My Order page.

Important: If your order includes both a pre-order and in-stock items, it cannot be cancelled at any time due to system limitations. In this case, you’ll need to follow our Change of Mind process after your pre-order item has been delivered to request a refund.

If your order has one single pre-order item, as per pre-order process requirements, you can cancel you pre-order up until 5 business days before the release date. Please chat with us to cancel your order. After cancelling your order, you can expect to receive your refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirming your refund

If you need to change your delivery address after you place your pre-order, please chat with us.

Please note we are unable to change your delivery address after your order has been shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the carrier to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact the carrier directly. If your order can’t be delivered it will be returned to our stores. A refund will then be processed and takes 5 business days to be processed back into your account. If you still want to purchase the items, you can order online again or buy in store.

It’s okay if you’ve changed your mind. Unfortunately we are unable to change your order once shipped. Once the item has arrived simply return your item/s to any of our stores within 60 days from your pre-order release date and provide proof of purchase. T&Cs and exclusions apply. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

You cannot pre-order multiple quantities of the same product in one transaction. Each pre-order is for a single item and needs to be processed in individual transactions. You may pre-order multiple products by completing individual transactions for each item.
