  - Apply before heading outdoors: Apply to dry, clean skin and rub in 20 minutes before heading outside.
  - Apply liberally: Roll On sunscreens are designed for small areas of skin- including face, ears, neck, hands and feet Apply liberally and rub in well.
  - Reapply regularly: Every two hours and immediately after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
  - Patch test: When using a sunscreen for the first time, test on a small section of skin first.
