TOG is a unit of measurement used to calculate warmth, and the rating of these Heat Bods™ is 2.3 TOG, compared to cotton socks that rate about 0.5 TOG. That makes Heat Bods™ five times warmer, and they are super brushed for extra softness and comfort!!
