TOG is a unit of measurement used to calculate warmth, and the rating of these sherpa lined Heat Bods™ is 4.0 TOG, compared to cotton socks that rate about 0.5 TOG.  That makes sherpa lined Heat Bods™ over five times warmer, and their extra thick, super soft and cosy lining makes for extreme comfort!! With non-skid grip on the sole, they keep feet comfy on couch days too!
