Target guarantees this product against any manufacturing defect, covering materials and workmanship, which appears within the 5 years of the date of purchase. Target will replace or provide a refund for the defective product unless the failure is minor, in which case Target reserves the right to offer repair only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse or normal wear and tear. Target reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns should a refund, repair or exchange be declined. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as this will authenticate this product warranty. This warranty is in addition to existing rights, conditions, guarantees and remedies available to you by law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
