The UPF rating applies only to the area of skin covered. Protectionmay be reduced if the fabric is wet, stretched or from the effects of normal wear or exposure to pool chemicals. For best sun protection use hats, clothing that provides maximum skin coverage, sunglases, sunscreen and shade.

The fabric used in this product complies with AS 4399-2020 - Appendix A. The UPF rating of this item does not meet the recommended upper body coverage. The minimum coverage should include the shoulders, torso and at least 3/4 of the upper arms. Wear in combination with other sun protective clothing.
