Free Returns on Target Online
Products purchased from Target Online can easily be returned to your local Target store or via post within 60 days from purchase if you change your mind.
Change of mind returns
A return is considered change of mind if you wish to return a product because you have changed your mind or need a different size, colour or style. If your return meets this description, refer to Target's Change of Mind Returns Policy.
Consumer guarantee returns
A return is considered a consumer guarantee return if your product is faulty or doesn’t meet consumer guarantees. If your return meets this description, refer to Target's Consumer Guarantees Returns Policy.
In store returns
You can return products that you have purchased from Target on target.com.au or kmart.com.au to any Target store for an exchange or refund.
Online returns
You can return products purchased on target.com.au via post by following these steps:
- 1. Click ‘Start a return’ below and enter your order details. Select the item(s) you’d like to return, fill in your information, and hit Submit. Note: Some products may not be eligible for online returns.
- 2. You will then receive an email with a link to download your returns label. Prepare your parcel and put the printed email inside with your returned item(s) for Target to process your refund. Attach your returns label to the outside of the parcel (Ensure the old label is removed or covered by the new returns label if it was delivered)
- 3. Drop your parcel off at your nearest Australia Post outlet or preferred post office counter.

Please Note:
- Account Login is not required for the online return.
- Online return process allows for 1 label per parcel, if items being returned do not fit into 1 parcel please complete the process a second time.
