What can I expect during the interview process?

The interview is a chance for hiring managers, peers, and key stakeholders to get to know you better. They'll learn more about your skills, experience, and how well you fit for the role.

It's also a valuable opportunity for you to meet your potential new team. You'll learn more about the Kmart Group, the role itself, and the people you’ll be working alongside.

Interviewers typically ask a variety of questions to explore your previous experiences, technical expertise, cultural fit, and alignment with the role's requirements.

We encourage candidates to answer questions using the SITUATION, ACTION, and RESULT (SAR) framework. This helps provide clear and detailed responses showcasing your skills and achievements.

There will be time for you to ask questions during each interview. This is your chance to gain more insight into the role, team, and the company culture.

How do I know if a role is still available?

If the role is still listed on the company’s career site, it indicates that the position is still open and available for applicants. It’s always a good idea to check the job posting for any updates or deadlines as well.
