Directions for use:
Cool therapy:
Store in the refrigerator or simply place eye mask in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Apply cold mask for a maximum of 20 minutes.
Hot therapy:
Microwave the eye mask for a maximum of 15 secs, do not overheat.
Enjoy the weight of the mask to help relax your face.
