FREE Click and Collect on orders over $20*
Orders under $20 will incur a $3 administration fee. If all items are available at your selected store, we will notify you when it is ready to be picked up, which is usually within 24 hours.
Alternatively allow 2-5 business days to be notified your order is ready for collection. We will contact you via email and SMS when your order can be collected. There is no need for printing! You can simply use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase for collection.

Get your order delivered to any street address in mainland Australia for free!
*Orders under $80 for standard items will incur a $9 delivery fee. Large items will incur a delivery fee based on the delivery destination and will be calculated once you enter your delivery destination. Delivery fees for a single large item range from $39 and for 2 or more large items range from $78. Delivery Fees for large items are calculated on the delivery destination. Physical gift cards will incur a $5 delivery fee. Please note that our carrier companies’ Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas. Where street delivery is not always possible, you will receive notification or a calling card will be left.
Express Delivery - For apparel only orders. $6 when you spend over $100*

*Orders under $100 will incur a $12 delivery fee. Not available to all locations. Next business day delivery available for orders placed by 12pm AEDT Mon to Fri.
However, some qualifying regional/metro postcodes may take longer. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, please allow an extra business day for your delivery to arrive.
Large items, non-apparel, physical gift cards and any orders over 5kg are excluded from Express Delivery. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer a next day express delivery service for areas other than selected metro areas.
Have total visibility!
When your next day express delivery order has been dispatched you will receive status alerts via SMS and email letting you know of its progress. Our next day express delivery service does not require a signature. This means your order will generally be left at your front door or letterbox.

Physical gift cards
Physical gift cards may carry different delivery charges and times and will be shipped in a separate parcel via registered post. All orders are in Australian Dollars. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Visa. Target gift cards, Target e-gift cards, Coles Group & Myer gift cards and Afterpay are excluded as payment methods for gift cards.

Home Delivery times
Home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, StarTrack, or TOLL IPEC. Orders are typically delivered 2-5 business days, subject to availability. Rural and remote may take longer.
All orders are in Australian Dollars. We accept Paypal, Afterpay and all major credit cards including MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Visa. Target gift cards, Target e-gift cards, and Coles Group & Myer gift cards are also welcome.

If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post website, StarTrack website or the TOLL IPEC website, depending on which company delivers your order.
Home Delivery acceptance
Home & Express Deliveries will be delivered to your nominated address. Signatures for a delivery will be required whenever a recipient is at home. But if they're not, and a safe place for the parcel is available, we'll leave it there so it's ready and waiting for them. We'll also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely. If there's no safe place, we'll leave a card as we normally would - and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for your customer to pick up and sign for.
Click + Collect acceptance
Click + Collect parcels will need to be signed for at the store you nominated for pick up. If you authorised another person to to collect your parcel, he or she will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.
Once we have notified you that your Click + Collect parcel has arrived at your nominated store, you will have 7 days to collect.
