Frequently asked questions

Households may use a single Shipster account for purchases from family members living at the same address. The account cannot be shared outside a household.

Once you have signed up to Shipster, all you need to do is shop online with any participating merchant, and the merchant will verify your membership by your email address at the checkout phase. You will just need to enter the same email address you signed up to Shipster with, and free delivery will be automatically applied. There is no need for promo codes.

No, free delivery will only be applied to regular shipping options (unless otherwise specified by merchants).

If free shipping isn’t applied as expected, it’s worth checking that the email address you have entered at the online checkout is the same one they entered when signing up for Shipster.

  • Order total is $25 or over (excluding the shipping cost)
  • Shipping cost of the order is under $20
  • Order being delivered within Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney metro areas

Items purchased with participating Shipster retailers may be delivered by Australia Post, or by other carriers. This will depend on which carriers are used by the retailer.

If you have an Australia Post tracking number, you can track your parcel through the Australia Post tracking page. Otherwise, you can visit the carrier’s website to track your parcel.

No, Shipster doesn’t currently offer this functionality. But they should receive an order confirmation from the merchant, with their order summary and confirmation that free shipping has been applied.

For security reasons, we conduct a pre-authorisation transaction when you join Shipster.

This $1 charge is then voided or reversed within 5 business days.

The pre-authorisation process is a typical industry practice. As part of our standard checks, we conduct the pre-authorisation on your specified card or payment method.

After the FREE 1 month trial, you will be automatically charged $3.99 per month or $19 per annum (as selected) until you cancel your Shipster subscription.

Your Shipster membership rolls over automatically each month or year depending on your selected payment plan.

If you'd like to cancel your membership, you can contact us right up until 48 hours before your payment is due.

You can cancel your Shipster membership at any time. Simply contact our customer care team.

Keep in mind that cancellations can take up to 48 hours to process. To avoid being charged for an additional month, please notify us in advance of your monthly recurring payment. A customer care consultant will let you know once this has been processed.

To change your payment method or details for your Shipster membership, either contact our customer care team or log in via the “member login” section found in the footer of the website.
