Fabric choice is key
Make sure you choose fabrics that you can wear all day at work and feel comfortable. I love a good stretch skirt (such as the $35 pull on ponte pencil skirt) or stretch pant (such as the 7/8 sateen pants). Super comfortable and no ironing needed. Jersey and ponte fabrics are both great options, keep an eye out for them.
