3. Change of mind returns:

If you have changed your mind Target will offer a refund or exchange when the products returned are in a resaleable condition for example:

• Sew in labels are still attached;

• The product is in its original packaging, including instructions manuals and all accessories;

• The item is unworn, unused and as sold; and

• The item does not fall within any of the specific conditions outlined on this leaflet.
  

Target Brand Merchandise:

With your receipt - We will offer you an exchange voucher or refund where products are returned within 28 days of purchase.
We will issue an exchange coupon for product returns outside 28 days.

Without your receipt - We will offer you an exchange voucher for the current selling price of the goods.

All other brand products:

With your receipt - We will offer you an exchange voucher or refund where products are returned within 28 days of purchase.
We will issue an exchange coupon for product returns outside 28 days.

Without your receipt - Target reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange for Non-Target brand items returned without a receipt.
