Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you purchased an item from Target and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you can return it to Target. You need to present your proof of purchase to be entitled to a refund, exchange or repair if the item is determined to have a major failure, or a repair if the item if determined to have a minor failure.
If you are returning a Target Brand product and you don't have proof of purchase, we will offer you an exchange coupon to the value of the current selling price or a repair where applicable.
If you are returning a National Brand item you need to present proof of purchase to be entitled to a refund, exchange or repair where applicable.
We will assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange coupon or repair. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment. If the product is not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use a refund, exchange or repair will be refused.
