Operating difficulties: Refer to the Manufacturers’ Customer Care Hotline listing on page 3. We advise accessing these facilities if you experience any difficulties in using your product. If the manufacturer isn't listed, please refer to the product’s instruction/warranty manual for the service agent’s contact details.
Product faults: If you believe your product is faulty after contacting the Manufacturer’s Customer Care Hotline, you can return your product to the nearest store with your receipt. We'll send the product to the manufacturer’s service agent to repair the product or if this isn't possible, we'll offer you a refund or an exchange.
If you're not completely satisfied with your new product, simply return it with your receipt and we'll be happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund providing the product is in as new condition including packaging, instruction manuals and all accessories.
Always keep your receipt to obtain a refund, exchange or repair. Without a receipt, we'll refer you to the manufacturer’s service agent.
