1. What items can I order through Personal Shopping?
Items from our current catalogue may be ordered via the Target Personal Shopping service. With the exception of confectionery, mobile phones, fragile items, bulky merchandise such as furniture and televisions, and dangerous goods which cannot be sent through Australia Post.
2. Can I order Gift Cards through Personal Shopping?
You can now buy gift cards online.
3. Is Personal Shopping available in my area?
Personal Shopping is available to all areas to which Australia Post delivers. If you are a remote customer please contact 1300 TARGET and speak with a Home Shopping Assistant to obtain a quote as additional charges may apply.

5. How do I order over the telephone?
Instructions on ordering over the telephone can be found on our Phone Order page.
6. How do I order via fax?
Simply complete our Fax Order Form and fax to your local Personal Shopping store.
7. Do I still get flybuys points for Personal Shopping purchases?
Yes, you receive 1 point for every $1 spent. flybuy points accrue as per a normal in-store purchase.
8. Can I get Team Discount?
Yes. Team member discount is applicable to Personal Shopping orders.
9. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged per carton at the below rates within the same state/territory. A $5.00 handling fee also applies to all orders.

10. Can orders be insured?
Insurance is available for anything over $100.00

11. Can I collect my purchases from a store?
Yes. Please contact your local Personal Shopping store to make suitable arrangements.
12. What payment methods can I use?
Forms of tender accepted for Personal Shopping payments include all major credit cards including Coles Group or Source MasterCard. Money orders may be accepted at Store Manager's discretion, please direct any queries to your local Personal Shopping store.
13. Can I layby my items?
Yes. Our layby service can be provided for your Personal Shopping order ($5.00 handling fee applies). Please contact your local Personal Shopping store for further information. Layby terms and conditions apply.
14. How long does it take Target to process and dispatch my order?
You will be contacted within 2 business days to confirm your order and arrange payment. Your order will then be dispatched for delivery by Australia Post. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to remote areas.
15. What if my item goes missing after it's dispatched by Target?
If you do not receive your parcel within 14 days, please contact your local Personal Shopping store for assistance. Please have your order reference number handy.
16. What if I need to return something?
Please contact your local Personal Shopping store on 1300 TARGET to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your puchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
17. Can I raincheck an item if it is not available?
Rainchecks can be offered where available on selected catalogue lines. Please inquire with the home shopping assistant at your local Personal Shopping store.
18. If I'm ordering clothing, how do I know what size I need?

19. Can orders be delivered overseas?
Presently delivery is limited to New Zealand.
