Why aren't all of the items in Target and Target Country stores available online?

Can I buy gift cards online?
Yes, you can buy Target gift cards and Target e-gift cards online. Other third party gift cards are also available here.
Can I still buy a 'sold out' item?
Sorry! But if an item is as 'sold out' online we're unable to sell it to you. You can also try one of our Target stores.
How do I know what size I'll be?
You can check out the measurements shown on our size chart. This will give you a guide to our sizes.

How do I make changes to items in 'My Shopping Basket'?
You can remove items or change quantities during the ‘checkout’ process. Or you can click on the basket icon on the top right of your screen at any time.
How do I know if my item is available?
You'll be able to add all available items to your shopping basket.
Why was an item removed from 'My Shopping Basket'?

How do I place an order?
To place an order:
  1. 'Sign In' to your account
  2. Add the items that you want to buy to the basket
  3. Once you've placed all of the items that you want to buy in your basket, head to the 'Checkout'
  4. You'll then be able to finalise your order by entering your payment and delivery details.
I'm having trouble placing an online order. What can I do?

Can I get my order gift wrapped?
No, at the moment we're unable to gift wrap your order.
Can I send my order as a gift?
You'll be able to send your order as a gift but please note that the tax invoice will be sent with the parcel.
What if I don't receive my order or shipping confirmation?
If you haven't received an order or shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, call the Customer Support team on 1300 753 567 Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 8.30pm AEST and Saturday 10am - 3pm AEST.
Am I able to add or delete items from my order once I have completed the order?

I'm trying to order multiple amounts of the same product but can't. Why is this?
We may not have enough stock to fulfil your order, or some items have purchase limits. You will need to adjust your quantities to order online. Can I lay-by items from Target Online?
We no longer offer online lay-by. Lay-by is still available in your local Target or Target Country store.
Can I raincheck items from Target Online?
We're unable to raincheck items online. Some items are available to raincheck through your local store.

What currency is used on this site?
All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
What should I do if my credit card has been declined?

Is it safe to enter my credit card details
Yes, your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure connection using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it almost impossible for this information to be intercepted. You can identify this by looking at the URL - 'https' the 's' indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Your browser may also give you a pop up message that you are about to enter or leave a secure area. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Can I pay using PayPal?
Yes, you can pay using PayPal – just select this as your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
Can I pay using BPAY?
No, unfortunately at the moment, BPAY payments are not possible.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order via PayPal, gift card or credit card. and We also accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Amex, Diners and Visa. We accept Target e-gift cards, Target gift cards and Coles Group & Myer gift cards.
Can I use a gift card as payment?
Yes we accept Target e-gift cards, Target gift cards and Coles Group & Myer gift cards online. You can pay any balance with a credit card however a gift card must always be used as the first method of payment.
Can I still order online if I don't have a credit card?
Yes, you can pay using PayPal or gift card for your online order. However, gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards or e-gift cards.

You can only look up your order number if you have an account with us. To look up your order number:

What should I do if the site says that I don't have a username but I've placed an order in the past?

How old do you have to be to become a Target member?
You don't have to be a specific age to become a Target member, however a valid credit card or PayPal account will be required to buy goods online and some items might have age restrictions.
How do I delete credit cards stored on 'My Account'?
To delete credit cards stored on 'My Account':
  1. 'Sign In' to your account
  2. Click 'My Account'
  3. Click 'Manage my Credit Cards', which are found under 'My Payment Details
  4. You'll then be able to remove any of the credit card details stored in your account.

Gift Cards

How do I find my Target e-gift card number?
Your Target e-gift card number is the last 17 digits and begins with 6273.
Can I redeem an e-gift card in store?
Yes, Target e-gift cards can be redeemed online or in-store.
Can I collect flybuys points when I purchase or use a gift card?
When you purchase a gift card or e-gift card, you will not collect flybuys points. However, flybuys points (and any applicable bonus points) can be collected on redemption of your gift card at participating retailers.
Can I return or exchange a gift card?
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on gift cards or e-gift cards purchased online or in store. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full terms and conditions.
Is there a limit on how many e-gift cards I can purchase?
Yes, there is a limit of $500 worth or 10 e-gift cards (whichever comes first) per order and $4000 worth of e-gift cards per customer per day. There also is a limit based on the type of e-gift card you wish to purchase. If these limits are exceeded, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
What if I want to make a bulk order of e-gift cards?
